Been busy working again, angry angry and more angry with the supervisor. Okay, now I get it, the person name Aung is our floor supervisor, then the lady who in-charge of us is assistant secretary, which the secretary is also cum assistant general manager??? Ahhh, confusing ahhh. LOL.
Well, there's this tipping thingy going on this fine tuesday, where customer say the tips is for me, no need to give him the change. And then, he, Mr floor supervisor say "no no", and put inside the tip box.
Thus I went to ask him about my tip, he say " 'supposely' tips, in other F&B (okay, brought out and show off his experience eh), tips are to share among all staff."
Hmm, so I asked, "since if it is to all staff then why I didn't get any, out of so many days, huh?"
And guess what he say, "I not sure, have to ask."

And at the end of the day, he asked "Eliane, you angry with me ah?" (ahaha)
I and answer him frankly, "Ya, abit."
And he said, "don't angry with me la."
Me, "How can I not?" (angrry)
[Silence]

Okay, so the next day, I asked him again. And he said, "Ginna (the assistant of secretary, ic) say if the customer giver you by name, you can take, but if inside folder than must put inside tip box."
And here goes my question, "so the customer did say give me, why didn't I get it?"
Aung: "But it is put inside folder, so it's not for you!"
Me again, "Okay, but he did say is for me, before putting into the folder." (Because, I am the one who count and stupidly put inside the folder.)
Guess what he say???
Aung: "I don't know, you go ask Ginna yourself okay, I don't wanna trap in between you and Ginna."
Like what the f*** sia. He is suppose to be the in-charge, and Ginna said if there's anything just tell, or ask him. And yet.....whatever.
Okay, I know I am evil, but yaaaa, when he is irritating, I simply hate him to the core okay. But there's sometimes I really pity him, because, I know he is new and all, and he take up the role of floor supervisor, of cos people will not like him.
But now I know, we do not like him, not becos of this, but is due to his stubborness okay?!! If he is like less stubborn, more open-minded to learning, it would be okay, and nice and pleasant environment to work with. But??????????????????????!!!!
I don't know ahhh, there's like more and more stories, and complains from us, everyone working (except himself). Lol. I'm seriousssssssssssssss. EVERYONE!!!
